Abstract

As we all know that education is important in the advancement any country. The main focus on this research is to recognize the problems faced by working women in education sector. We found that most of the parents and particular relatives are supportive to their girl serving inside the education sector. All our respondents strongly assumed that the married women deal with greater difficulties than single women. Though their husbands are co-operative but presently there children are prominently neglected. In spite of the supportive attitude of their father and mother unmarried women still face challenges like transportation and managing time between personal and social life. Most of the respondents, married or unmarried, assumed that all their salary and promotion product is not sufficient for which they blame " Favouritism”. In spite of all the facts, our analysis concludes the education sector of Bahawalpur for woman teacher is rather good. Keywords: Women, Education Sector, Bahawalpur, Pakistan.

1 . Introduction

Studies one of the most essential methods to get the cause or perhaps reason with the difficulty and problem the fact that community is facing. Additionally it also provides us the possible solution of that trouble as well. We all set out to execute a research around the topic of " Challenges encountered by simply women in education sector of Bahawalpur” because we wanted to know about the level of problems that girls encounter the moment serving this kind of noble profession. A very small literature was available to us for this topic therefore all of us decided to execute an exploratory empirical study to design a questionnaire and thereafter reach a bottom line.

Exactly what are the problems, specialist women confront while employed in educational sector (Govt. and Private)? There are two major aspects of lifestyle of professional women. 1st is related to their personal life and second relates to their task. 2 . one particular Purpose of Exploration Explore the down sides faced by simply professional females in education sector. We might be able to get their specialist and personal challenges because of their work. To come up with the best alternatives to overcome the difficulties identified. Identify the difficult sector either Government or perhaps private. 2 . 2 Background and scope of Research Without notice and in virtually any context, females teachers are critical actors in education processes. Incompatible and postconflict contexts, they have the potential to produce a significant contribution to the long lasting processes of peace building and renovation. The functions of women in schools are usually defined with regards to their 'natural' affinities with young children, and the innate love of teaching and their ability to do it.

Our culture lacks a diverse and open minded approach toward professional women. In our world there are some constraints for women to visit outside pertaining to professional purpose. Teaching in itself such a noble occupation that we expect it to be an excellent profession for women. So all of us set out to identify the problems came across by the ladies in the culture and in the organization in the framework of the education sector of Bahawalpur.
